photography and videos:
We recommended that at least 25 to 50 photographs of the vehicle be taken. Please remember that online bidders never get to inspect the vehicles firsthand, so they have to count on and scrutinize the photo presentation of your vehicle.
Recommended photos are:
- Exterior photos: All around including angle shots, top, wheels, emblems, chrome, etc
- Engine photos: At least three photos including a direct view and two angled shots
- Interior photos: Seats, dashboard, odometer (even if it is not actual miles) gear shift, radio, control knobs, headliner, rear seats, etc
- Trunk and spare tire photos: At least three photos including a direct view and two angled shots
- Underneath carriage: This is one of the most requested views of a cehicle lately
- Serial Number/Vin Tag
- Documentation: Owner's manual, build sheets, etc
- If you wish, you may submit a video of a walk around of the car with the engine running
Copy of vehicle title:
We must receive a copy of the vehicle title (front and back). Please verify in advance the serial number on the title matches the serial number on your vehicle. If it does not, contact your local department of motor vehicles for correction. ORIGINAL TITLE MUST BE SUBMITTED AT TIME OF VEHICLE CHECK-IN. If your vehicle is encumbered with a lien, we must have a copy of the title along with payoff letter from the lienholder that includes the payoff amount and contact information.
